Webb24 feb. 2015 · Pull the plastic cover back that covers the rear washer jet, then turn the wiper on. Does the washer jet rotate with the wiper, if it does it is seized in the spindle and the pipe is broken. If the jet does not turn, simply pull the jet out with a pair of pliers and then try the washer, if water comes out it is the jet blocked.
