Tophatter has decent customer service they respond pretty quick but they do make you wait a while to see if you receive the item before they issue you a refund. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experience with them. Date of experience: 28 November 2024. WebI ordered $5.00 bill 1934 when it went into payment it added a $5.00 1953 bill that i did not order and i want it removed and my money returned. I enjoy ordering but do no enjoy this sort of thing (addition placed on my order) the name said Sold by Claudia & Steve Kepplinger and i believe i got something from them before.
