Cemetery is 4 minutes away, gemfield 15 minutes. Great view of the town, sunrises and sunsets are incredible. Sure beats being in top of a hill next to the highway!! Sites are narrow, but long enough for a MH and toad. Cable TV and wifi are more than adequare. Road noise did not bother us. good hookups.
