Therefore, physical therapists who practice dry needling within the state must have completed continuing competence/education content and demonstrate competence in performing this skill. WebTo become certified, the participant must score an 80 percent or better on the written and practical exams in the Foundation and Advanced Courses. A physical therapist will receive a certificate of completion for both courses that shows course contact hours (27 hours per), dates and location.
