As of 8th edtion Warhammer, unit strength is no longer a part of the rules. Chaos Dwarfs are covered in the list at the top of page 2. I hope GW release more info on the reboot this year, with more clarity on what we can expect from bases. I don't want to get an advantage over other players by basing my Chosen, for example, on bigger bases.

He should have little trouble with Gregor. Especially when the mountain's main advantage - his overwhelming strength - isn't going to apply. Normally Gregor can just bully more skilled fighters by being larger and stronger.
